Immediate Need:
Senior Level Trusts & Estates, LLM
We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney for our growing Tax & Estate practice. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of substansive Tax and corporate transactional experience. Ideal candidate will have an LLM in Tax. Compensation for the position will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience.
Executive Legal Assistant
We are seeking a candidate for administrative, organizational, and professional support. Someone who demonstrates strong attention to detail, organizational skills and problem solving skills. The candidate must be very comfortable with technology and the use of software programs (primarily PowerPoint, Excel and Word). Litigation support experience a plus. Strong ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage schedule and travel. Must have the ability to work effectively in a small firm environment without direct supervision. Bachelor’s Degree Required.
Ongoing Need:
Estate Planning Associate
We are seeking an Attorney with experience in estate planning, who is looking for a long-term position and a great firm culture. The candidate should have 10+ years of substansive experience. While not neccessary, experience with corporate and business law is a plus. Compensation for the position will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience.
Corporate Associate
Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in corporate transactional work, specifically, capital raises, financial transactions, private equity and/or M&A work.
Will join a collegial team of highly qualified and experienced corporate lawyers.
Will be assisting as outside general counsel to firm clients and advising clients on a wide range of corporate and transactional issues, including purchases and sales of companies, bank financings, equity raises, reorganizations, divestitures, and restructuring.
Excellent academic credentials; strong analytic, negotiating and drafting skills; and a team focused approach to client service are a must.
Staff Accountant
We are seeking an accountant who can demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational and client service skills, problem solving skills and the ability to work in a semi-autonomous manner. The right person for this position will be involved with tax compliance and preparation, accounting, preparation of financial statements as well as some marketing. Must have a strong ability to meet deadlines and be willing to work longer hours during tax season.
